  I was not impressed with the flowers produced for my wedding -- they amounted to about half of what I requested, and had already paid for. Fiona completely cut corners and decided to create 99% leaf creations that she calls floristry. After paying close to £3000 for flowers I was utterly disappointed. There is clearly a reason why she was the only florist still available for my wedding date -- the other local suppliers were booked up. I regret not going with a recommended supplier for Northbrook/Froyle. She also left the flowers in the corner in the morning and buggered off without leaving any instruction. I literally tossed my bouquet (ie binned!) as not only did it look nothing like I requested, it had all the flowers and colours I specifically requested to AVOID. At £85 for a bouquet -- it pretty much a stab in the heart to see that on your wedding morning. The cake flowers were hideous, and again were sparse and not at all what was requested -- I even allowed her creative licence to pick flowers as long as they matched the colour scheme, but they didn't even match, and flower availability was not applicable given that it was mid summer! Fiona's response was that she doesn't usually dress cakes. Although months previously she has agreed to dress them and happily take my money. Please avoid this 'florist', seems like she will agree to provide all that you request like a nodding dog, but then deliver only the basic minimum. Given a little tea light is in the range of £2-3, and these costs all add up! For your wedding day you really need to book someone you know you can trust to deliver what you have paid for -- Fiona isn't one of them.
